Manta Racing Services "Wins" the 2011 Australian Tarmac Rally Championship. South Australia's Manta Racing Services can claim "pole position" with its building and preparation of the 2011 championship winning Nissan GTR R35 Tarmac rally car driven and co driven by father and son – Dennis and Matt Sims.
2011 Dec 9-11: Eastern Creek 6hr Endurance Race – Mitsubishi Evo 9 RS
Qualified 5th to then lead the race for 64 laps with a 1 lap lead until car suffered from a R/H/F hub failure.
Finished race in 7th position.
"Manta Racing Services" prepared Nissan GTR R35 once again finishes on the podium after last weekend "Targa High Country" event at Mt Buller.
This is now the 4th event in a row the team has finished in the top three places, again showing the lengths Manta Racing Services strive for in race car preparation.
Yet another Manta Racing Services prepared race car finishes "First" in the Early Classic section of the 2011 Supaloc Classic Adelaide Rally.
The 1966 Ford Mustang of local business man – Michael Lamprell – just about won every stage in the recent event through reliability, performance and good driving.
Again, cementing that Manta Racing Services fastidious race car preparation pays off!
The Manta Racing Services built and prepared Nissan GTR R35 again finishes on the podium with an 'Outright Second Place' in last weekends West Coast Targa in Perth.
The team also won the '2011 Australian Tarmac Rally Championship' award.
Another podium finish for the "Manta Racing Services" built and race prepared Nissan GTR R35 as the team "Wins" the Adelaide Hills ASP tarmac rally outright.
Driver and Co driver Matt and Dennis Sims won nearly every stage to completely dominate this years 2011 ASP Adelaide Hills Rally.

2011 – Phillip Island 6hr Endurance Race
Steve Cramp on the podium at the 2011 Phillip Island 6hr Endurance race driving a Mitsubishi Evo 9 RS
Qualified 4th then finished 3rd overall and 2nd in class in the 2011 May 28-29 6hr Endurance Race at Victoria's Phillip Island.
Completed 181 Laps.
